Community Guidelines & Child Safety
Last updated: 28 September 2026
ZIVERSE is a place to find and list homes. To keep it safe and trustworthy for everyone, the following rules apply to all content and conduct in the App.
What is not allowed
- Fake, misleading, duplicate or already-sold/rented listings; asking for advance payments for properties you don’t control.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, community, marital status, or any protected characteristic.
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence or content promoting illegal activity.
- Impersonation of another person or business, or fake verification claims.
- Spam, scams, malicious links and manipulation of ratings, views or rewards.
- Content you don’t have the right to use, including copyrighted music or video.
Child safety standards
ZIVERSE has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors and any content that endangers a child.
- The App is for adults 18+ only; accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
- Any content that violates this standard is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and we report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law-enforcement / the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, as required by law.
- Users can report content or people in-app from the overflow (…) menu, and can block anyone at any time.
- Our moderation team reviews reports and prioritises anything involving children.
To report child-safety concerns directly, email support@ziverse.app with the subject “Child safety report”. In India you can also report at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
How to report
- Open the listing, reel, comment or profile.
- Tap the overflow (…) menu → Report (or Block).
- Choose a reason. We review every report.
What happens next
Depending on severity we may remove content, limit features, require KYC re-verification, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Safety tips for property seekers
- Visit the property in person and verify ownership documents before paying anything.
- Never pay a token or deposit to someone you haven’t met.
- Prefer Verified/Trusted profiles and use in-app chat and agreements so there is a record.
- Meet in public or take someone with you for the first visit.
